TWO INGREDIENTS PASTA SALAD. THE BEST ONE I HAVE EVER HAD. PASTA ALLA CRUDAIOLA.

Good morning,
this my first post on this blog.
I don't really know where I stand on this whole blog thing, lol.
I am Italian and I make Italian recipes and American recipes as well.
Even thought everything is all over the internet I find very hard to find American recipes for Italian people and I usually find fake Italian recipes on American blogs.
I obviously (as you can see from my bio) want to share HEALTHY recipes.


I am gonna start with my favorite pasta dish ever: pasta alla crudaiola.
Which is super duper easy to make and super healthy!
Calories are low or high depending on how much oil/cheese you put in.
SO EASY, AND GUYS SO FREAKING GOOD.
The cheese makes it super delicious. 

I like eating it cold but if you wanna eat it as soon as it is done then just go for it.


I love it so much that I get also these toppings on pizza, called the same as the pasta "crudaiola".



INGREDIENTS:

Tomatoes

Ricotta salata *

Few leaves of basil

20g(or less) of cheese per person

Salt

Olive oil

Pasta (I love it both with penne or rotini)

HOW TO:

  1. Boil some water, add pasta. 
  2. Meanwhile your pasta is cooking, cut your tomatoes and put all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. When the pasta is done add it to your ingredients. Mix it all up.

IT IS THIS THAT EASY, I KNOW.


*NOTES:
If you find it hard to find the cheese, then you can try the dish with some feta cheese, but it's not completely the same.
